FAQ
How are these scorecards made?
Each cell lists recurring themes from public Trustpilot reviews, paraphrased and linked, tagged by topic. We don't give topic scores; the only number shown is the provider's own Trustpilot TrustScore.
How is the ranking made?
Companies are ranked by their own Trustpilot TrustScore, only when the profile has at least 50 reviews. Companies with fewer or no reviews are listed unranked (–). Companies that offer customers discounts or rewards for reviews are not ranked either, because their ratings may be inflated (currently ArtsAdd). We never calculate our own score.
Why do many companies say 'Not enough reviews yet'?
Many smaller print companies have few or no public reviews of their own. Where a company profile exists, it covers the whole company, so we note that next to the score.
